Terms of use for "CZODIAC Offerings"
Acceptance of Terms
By buying, selling, holding CZODIAC tokens, using CZODIAC decentralized applications (dapps), utilizing CZODIAC services, or participating in the CZODIAC community, including social media channels (collectively referred to as "CZODIAC Offerings"), you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). These Terms govern your access to and use of CZODIAC Offerings and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CZODIAC. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use any CZODIAC Offerings.
CZODIAC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of CZODIAC Offerings after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. COMPLIANCE WITH SECURITIES LAWS
You are prohibited to purchase, trade, transfer, or hold CZODIAC ecosystem tokens, Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs), or any digital assets that are considered securities under the laws and regulations that apply to you. As a user, you are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the CZODIAC ecosystem would be deemed as the trading or holding of securities in your jurisdiction. We at CZODIAC are not responsible for providing you with legal advice on matters relating to securities laws and regulations. Should you remain unsure as to the legal implications or the classification of the CZODIAC tokens, NFTs, or other digital assets under your local law, we highly recommend that you seek independent legal advice to ensure compliance.
Should you violate this section by trading, transferring, or holding CZODIAC ecosystem tokens, NFTs, or digital assets that are considered securities in your jurisdiction you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CZODIAC and its community members, promoters, directors, officers, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, actions, and liabilities arising out of your violation of this section.
No Guarantees of Profits:
Please note that CZODIAC and its associated tokens, services, and technologies are experimental and should be utilized based on your personal financial situation and risk tolerance. No guarantees or promises of profits are made to users or token holders through the work of CZODIAC's developers, promoters, or community members. By engaging with CZODIAC and its ecosystem, users acknowledge that they do not expect any profits solely as a result of the efforts of others. Proceed with caution and be aware of the risks involved in participating in experimental projects within the cryptocurrency space. Additionally, it is crucial for users to understand that the value of CZODIAC's tokens and services may fluctuate due to market conditions and other factors beyond the control of the platform's team and community. Users are advised to conduct their own research and consult with financial professionals before making any investment decisions involving CZODIAC and its ecosystem. The CZODIAC team, community members, promoters, and other associated persons shall not be held responsible for any third-party actions or omissions, including but not limited to hacking, phishing, or other malicious activities that may result in the loss of users' tokens or personal information. Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the CZODIAC team, community, promoters, and other associated persons from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to their use of the platform, tokens, services, or any other offerings provided by CZODIAC. This Legal Disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the relevant jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

Users should be prepared for potential financial losses due to market fluctuations and should invest only what they can afford to lose.
Regulatory risks: The legal and regulatory environment surrounding DeFi and blockchain technologies is still developing and may vary across jurisdictions. Users should be aware that laws and regulations could change, potentially impacting their ability to use CZODIAC's services or hold its tokens.

The CZODIAC team, community members, promoters, and other associated persons shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses resulting from users' exposure to these risks and challenges.
Legal Notice for Dispute Resolution:
All disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to the use of CZODIAC's services, tokens, or other offerings, including but not limited to the interpretation, validity, or enforcement of this document or any provisions hereof, shall be resolved through good faith negotiation between the parties. If the parties fail to resolve the dispute through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to mediation, to be administered by a reputable mediation institution in the British Virgin Islands. If the parties cannot reach a settlement through mediation within sixty (60) days, either party may submit the dispute to final and binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the BVI International Arbitration Centre (BVI IAC). The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English and the seat of arbitration shall be the British Virgin Islands. The arbitral award shall be final and binding upon the parties, and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.

CZODIAC reserves the right to amend or update this document, its terms, disclaimers, and notices at any time, without prior notice to users.
